Sunley Conference Centre has its own dining facilities and caters for anything from informal bar meals to a hosted dinner for 100. Our catering team, managed by Head Chef Peter Parker, is passionate about creating quality, contemporary dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. We offer informal hot lunches as a tasty alternative to a sandwich at your desk; formal lunches to match your business needs, dinners, fine dining and light refreshments at the bar.
